games??

Ok I saw the movies thread and I just wondered what video games you guys play.
Anyway, heres mine: Legend of Zelda, Halo, Star Fox, Mario, GTA, God of War, Final Fantasy, any game with the words star wars attached to it (except Bounty hunter, it sucked) Metriod, Air Force Delta Storm, Call of Duty, Beyond Good and Evil, Gears of War, Heavenly Sword, Mech Assault, Marathon, Doom, Resident Evil, Burnout, Need for Speed, Madden, Tony Hawk.
I'll probly add more as I think about it.

Back when I had some time to myself, I used to play games (mainly SNES, N64, and PS). In fact, I used to be an avid gamer when i was in elementary school and through jr high and most of high school. I don't get to play games that much anymore, but the last game that I really played was Resident Evil 4. I love the RE series and I used to be kinda obsessed with it. I even have the soundtracks to the first game and the orchestra album. I think RE4 is the best game I've ever played; I couldn't put it down until I beat it.

I used to also like some of the Star Wars games, especially Rogue Squadron, and Shadows of the Empire on N64. When I was younger I really liked the Donkey Kong Country Series, Mortal Kombat (especially 2 and 3), star fox. I've always liked the Madden series (up until it got complicated). There used to be some games on PS called Colony Wars and G-Police that were pretty amazing back then. I also really liked the Twisted Metal series (Black was cool but I didn't have a PS2).

Through my first couple years in college I liked the FIFA (soccer) series and Mario Party 7. If I think of anything else, I'll post it.

I play whatever my brother happens to drag home one day and what I buy myself...so kinda a lot. My favorites are Legend of Zelda, Final Fantasy, anything Mario related, old school Sonic (I'm talking Genesis.), and Halo and what-not though I haven't played in quite a while...I grew up on the Genesis, NES, and N64, though. Super Mario Brothers is where it's at.

Just curious, has anyone ever heard of the Jaguar?

Ahhhhh the days before sonic sucked. Seriously, they haven't made a decent sonic game since the PS1. Sonic used to be gold, but now its worth less than a used bus ticket. Just wondering, did youn ever get Shenmue for your genesis? Shenmue is undoubtably the best Genesis game ever made.

Well as the majority of normal band geeks play some sorta of video game. I'd have to say my favorites are Super Mario Smash bros. anything with violence. pokemon duh. Destroy all humans. um like anything violent. That's all i can think of at the moment.

what about the sonic rush games for the ds? they were supposed to be good.

I guess I'm the only one here who likes Guitar Hero?
Although the guitars break really easily.
I also like Destroy All Humans & Harry Potter.
I'm definetly more of a TV-movie person.

Nah, I've seen people play it before but I never have. I thought it came out for the Dreamcast? I pretty much had every Sonic game made for the Genesis except the first one, Street Fighters II, some Spiderman games and a bunch of other random stuff...

And Zach, I have a Sonic game for the GBA and it was better than most newer games, but I don't know about the DS.
